Delete your Color Picker data

Color Picker: Camera & Paint (com.autocolorpicker.app) on Google Play and the App Store, by Gstech Technology Private Limited.

Color Picker has no sign-up and no user accounts. Your colours, palettes, history, painted photos and settings are stored only on your phone. The app creates an anonymous ID only if you use Paint it – Precise mode or the AI colour advisor, or buy Color Picker Pro.

Delete the data on your phone

In Color Picker, clear your history and palettes, or
Android: Settings → Apps → Color Picker → Storage → Clear storage; iPhone: delete the app.

Uninstalling the app deletes everything it stored on your phone.

Request deletion of your anonymous ID and related data

Email us from any address. Include the words "Delete my Color Picker data" and, if you can, your Pro purchase's order number (from your Google Play or App Store receipt) so we can find the right record.

We will delete, within 30 days:

the anonymous ID used for Precise mode and the AI colour advisor (Google Firebase Authentication) and its daily usage counters;
the purchase record linked to that ID in RevenueCat (our purchase-checking service);
analytics and crash-report data for your app installation that Google Firebase lets us delete.

What is kept, and for how long

Photos sent for Precise mode or the AI colour advisor are never stored: they are processed for that request only.
Daily usage counters are deleted automatically within 30 days even without a request.
Google Play or Apple keep their own record of purchases, as required by law; cancel subscriptions in your Play or App Store account.
